This cookie is sweet, a little bitter and salty, just like the friend who gave me the ingredients they wanted in a cookie, Brett Smith. Made with a stout beer reduction, peanuts and pretzels- bar snacks back in the day. I add a little dark chocolate that compliments the stout. These are sold in 1 pound bags.
