SHIPPING POLICY

I ship via USPS priority unless you request UPS, which I'm happy to do. Just leave a note in your order or contact me via email.

I package goods securely but cannot be liable for damage incurred by USPS or UPS delivery personnel. Please file an insurance claim with the delivery company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have 24 hours from placing an order to cancel it. After that, I cannot accept cancellations. Once delivered, I cannot accept returns. If you have any problems with your order, I will gladly discuss via email.

DELIVERY & PICK UP SERVICE

I offer bicycle delivery in a limited local area in Avondale Estates and can offer pick ups as well. Reach out to me via email to confirm delivery and/or pickup dates and times.
